My dad and grandfather have a stalker. I think it's hilarious. I can't wait to see my dad to ask him how his stalker is. I bet he has NO clue. It seems my grandfather had the flu when he was sick earlier in the week. How do we know you might ask? (Because god knows that hell hole didn't take him to a DOCTOR) We know because my father has had the flu for the last 3 days, since he saw my grandfather last.

Me? The one with the comprised immune system? I'm fine, Thankyouveryuch. Must be that "old" blood I have.

I checked my blood oxygen level today while I was at the home. It was running in the 80's and low 90's. Thats GREAT for me. I was pretty happy with that. My heart rate is still way too high, but it will probably always be that way. 90-100 seems to be the average.

Now I'm taking my whiny self to bed.
I'm back.

So, what did you bait your breath with?
Mine? Cinnamon and licorice. Yum.

Bill and the doctor. Rest easy folks, he's just fat. Fat with a bunion, varicose veins, and water retention. No more salt for him and a diet will commence immediately. I bought the book "Cook right 4 your blood type" and am trying to find "Eat right 4 your blood type, individual". The cook right book? Awesome.
Bill? Not so happy to find he is of the blood type who should eat NO meat. The only "neutral" meats that he can eat are chicken and turkey. Meat causes his body to store fat. In other words, rather than storing as muscle building protein, meat proteins store as fat with his blood type.
This book classes foods into three categories "Recommended"= Acts like medicine in the body. "Neutral" = acts like food in the body. "Avoid"= Acts like poison in the body.
Me? I'm a carnivore baby. Bring on all the meat I want. No dairy, which is no skin off my nose. The reason the book says? Causes excessive mucus in the type O body. This was how I started to figure out they may be onto something with this here book. I've avoided dairy for years because of the mucus factor. Also says my blood type needs to take calcium because of the no dairy thing, our bodies don't digest the dairy products correctly so we don't get the calcium from it we should. Too bad calcium gives me the hives.
The meat thing for Bill makes a lot of sense. He really doesn't over eat for his size and activity level. He does however eat A LOT of meat. So, we'll be trying the chicken/turkey thing for him.
Todays project is to make him a little cheater card he can take with him to help him choose good foods. I think I'll just include the food to avoid. Not sure yet.
We bought him new boots today too. He found out he's a size 14, not the size 13 he's been wearing for, oh, ever. No wonder he has a bunion. That should make his whole foot feel better right there.

As we were walking out of the Dr's the nice receptionist says "Oh, Amy the doctor wants you to make an appointment." To which I replied, "Yep got the message and he's just going to have to wait till I can afford to come." Blank stare. I don't think that was what she was expecting, do you?
Sheeeeeeeeeeet.

Do you see the time? I haven't milked yet. Damn damn double damn.

Still sitting here.

Motivation. None.

Ok, dragging self off.

Remind me to post about Bill's Dr. appointment. I'm sure you've all been waiting with baited breath.
Who came up with that saying, "waiting with baited breath"? Who actually does that? Hum. Mental image, "Oh baby. Sardines."
*pffttt*

Wow, forgot about this place for a couple days and the dust really lays in thick.

So Easter break. When does the "break" part start?
I was thinking the other day. (Shut up about the smoke, the rain settled it) I'm not a mommy blogger, I'm not a funny blogger, I'm not a political blogger. I pretty much blog about my animals. I'm a pet blogger? And a fairly boring one at that. So why do I blog? Not sure. I think I don't say alot of what I think is because where we live, even if I change names, you will guess who I'm talking about, even if you just causually stop in here. While I may have some nasty ass shit to say about some people behind their backs, I really don't want my opinion to get back to them. If they pushed my back to the wall I would say what I say here to their faces, but I'm just not confrontational that way.

Besides, my life, not so funny much of the time.

Lately it's been drama. Other peoples drama. Effecting directly the time I have to spend on my own drama. My own drama being my very ill grandfather, trying to run my business, care for my husband, child, pets, and keep my herd of dairy goats milking and productive.
I'm trying to take steps to clear these other peoples drama from my existence, but it's baby steps man. One of the drama mama's is my milk tester (cue everyone knowing who that is) and how do I do X without her making my every milk test a living hell. Include to that the fact I also milk test her, yeah, twice a month that could be awkward and uncomfortable.

This weather is not helping my outlook on life either.
I love my job. I hate my boss. What a bitch. Taskmaster. Shit. I can't get away from her for a minute.
I've been so busy?crazed?behind? that I've been making calls to my clients from the parking lot of the rest home before or after I stop to see grandpa. Before I go milk the goats, probably after I shipped milk, or after I picked up Gee from track practice.

Welcome to the new digs.

I was bored. I needed a change.
I found I wasn't ready for the big bad world of owning my own domain.
Besides frankly, if I was going to own my own domain my goats would be housed there.
Really.

Now all I want, ok ok, all I want to START with is a nice roll up blog roll list. Then I'll have to get a template, because really, this one blows. Luckily I know just the ice crushing queen (though she does wear funny glasses) who might be able to help with that. For a price. Damn the fact that she has an ice maker now, we can't bribe her.

I may make boring blogger yet.

I think it's time for a change. I'm trying out this spot. I'm not so ready for an internet home I own. I'll just squat here for a while and see how this feels. I already don't like the template but then I knew that going before I started.

I need to find something with the Libra fairy I have all in gray tones. Maybe next year I'll get nominated for Boring Blogger. Ha.
