So while our choice of entertainment sucked today, our dinner rocked.
I made this meal from Pioneer Woman Cooks
Totally worth it. And fast. Wowzo fast. Blink and it's finished fast. A little garlic bread on the side and YUMMMM!
Hubby and son both gave it a two thumbs up also.
Off to milk test.
