Yum. Turkey lasagna in the oven baking as we speak.

Hubby can't have beef, so turkey versions here we come. Blech.

This one, tastes great. I think finding a "high fat" ground turkey helped.

That would require effort. Ha. It's so much easier to send off to a calf. I actually talked to MF and he said he doesn't have any kids right now, and won't have any until (I hope) my goats are dry.

I LOVE ground turkey! The key is to add lots of seasoning...and uhm, I cook mine in a bit of olive oil otherwise it is a bit *cough cough cough cough* dry.
